Call for Papers:
Occasional Papers Series

The Group of Thirty is currently inviting authors to submit original, policy-oriented papers on economic and financial issues for publication in our Occasional Papers series. The Group distributes its publications internationally, reaching high-level decision makers in the public, private, and financial sectors -- as well as a broader policy and academic audience worldwide.

Submissions should fall within the traditional purview of the Group's work, aimed at making a contribution to the field of international economics, finance, and trade.

The range of topics include:
  • Exchange rate systems and currency arrangements
  • International capital markets and capital flows
  • The role and operations of international financial institutions
  • Central banking and financial supervision
  • International trade and trade policy
  • Comparative studies in macroeconomics, product and labor market

Chosen submissions will be published by the Group as   Occasional   Papers,   and   may   be   used   in   connection  with   the Group's   plenary   meetings,   International Banking Seminar, or policy studies. The Group welcomes papers that are accessible   to   a   wide   audience   of

private practitioners and public policy makers, and generally avoids research that is overly theoretical or quantitative in nature. Submissions should be no more than 10,000 words and previously unpublished. Once submitted, the Group would retain rights of publication.

Please send complete manuscripts, along with your full name, title, affiliation, and contact information, to:
