
Sviatlana A. Francis is the Associate Director of the Group of Thirty. She is responsible for overseeing logistics of annual plenaries and seminars, designing periodic newsletters, assisting with publications of occasional papers and reports. Previously Ms. Francis worked at the Institute of International Finance as a Staff Assistant at the Regulatory Department. In that role she provided intensive administrative support for the department, assisted with organization of working groups’ meetings and research.

Ms. Francis received her M.A. degree from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University where she focused on European and Eurasian studies and Economics. She graduated summa cum laude with B.A. degree in International Affairs and Foreign Languages from the University of Maine, Orono. During that time, she also studied at the University of Salzburg, Austria. She is a member of Golden Key International Honor Society. |
